Mine , the keypad 'R' just broke and fell out.... stupid jar jar binks fault... he fell and hit my laptop.. I swear every Gun Gun is now an enemy of me ...

THe things holding the keypad broke.. God knows how much it cost to fix it ... its only 7 months old :twisted:

hmm...if it were a clone that fell instead... would you swear off all the clones? 8)

Ok serious matters, where can i fix it other than acer? or should igo to acer and pay more since they have the original parts

bought 2 year insurance
3 year warrenty home service cuz i purchased from school

Hmm... Home service? Do u mean onsite warrenty for 3 years then? If so, why don't you give the number on the warrenty card a call?

Since onsite warrenty means that the technician will have to come down to your place to fix the problem.

laptop just dropped on the floor and bottom right casing has opened
this it the first and last laptop im ever getting frm acer

Next one 3 items to consider:
1 Get the titanium one.
2 Put friction pads on base.
3 Invest in a Targus bag.

It was in a targus bag when it dropped
anyway my sister just dropped camera on my keyboard and lcd screen cracked

ITS DEFINITELY NOT MY DAY....Now my laptop is gone already. needs to go for repair..

woah... I think you've got to be more careful around your notebook...

unless you wanna spend 5 times the cost to get military-grade ruggedised models of half the performance :wink:

Dunno...just too many accidents and suayness these 2 days... from sunday to monday :S
