For ground combat vehicles, the TX-130S Republic fighter tank has few equals. Though generally manned by a clone pilot and gunner, the vehicle's speed and maneuverability respond well to the Force-enhanced skills of a Jedi commander. The tank is armed with a turret mounted laser cannon and dual heavy cannons that can fire concussion missiles.
• Rotating Turret
• Firing cannons!
• Rolling Wheels
• Storage compartments
• Opening top hatch!
The new reddish TCW packaging does give an overall more menacing look, and for most of the mid-to-large size vehicles, Hasbro has included a background insert similar to the Indiana Jones Series, for instant dioramas.

Without further ado, let's rip the packaging... :P

As you can see, the parts{Laser cannon, Heavy cannons, Heavy cannon attachments}, the tank and a instructional leaflet is provided. Let's not forget the background insert too, as shown in the next pic.

While it does look good, I do find the background insert a little small.

And here's the 6 views of the tank.

I have rarely seen this vehicle in action, but have noted that its appearances so far have been in comics and games.

And here's it with all it's compartments revealed,

The tank can fit up to 3 figures on it, though, I rather allow more considering its flat surfaces,

Overall, this is quite an interesting addition to the ground assault forces. Apart from using AT-APs, AT-TEs, or even the CTT, now we have a tank to battle against the droid army. I, myself, would really want to do up a diorama of the AAT against this tank.

Thanks for reading.

its slightly weaker, but faster than AAT in the battlefront games. on each of its sides there are actually 3 pegs on its surface, totalling 6 to fit a figure's foot each, juz like the 4 pegs on the AAT. If anybody ever tried, the AAT's flippin droid on the inside can be removed, revealing a lot more interior space, i've managed to squeeze a total of 6 clones into an AAT, but for the Saber im stuck at 3. There's not much stuff that can be taken out from the inside to give way to more spaces.

In terms of weapons its slightly on par with the AAT, although its primary cannons are a bit weaker, and its armour thinner too. Further more the gunner on top is easily killed by a well-placed sniper shot or a hit by AOE weapons. (in the game u can kill the gunner w/o even damaging the vehicle)

Thanks, and you're welcome.

Though am no longer able to provide comprehensive reviews for the time being, thus this is more like a quick peek at what's out and do we really wanna add it to our collections?

Do you mean very much out of scale? From what I see it is out of scale but still ok. Just a bit out.

mmm i think the hasbro version is abt 90% of tt.see the way the clone sits comfortably inside, the hasbro version u will have the clone with only half his face lookin out of the viewport.

the sad part is the way they try to put shootin stuff in the dumbest places... like the side cannons shooting out their cannon, and the way the wings doesnt move like in the game

On 2nd thought, you guys are right :) . Should have use "pretty much" in scale instead  . Anyway, forgot to mention that the top cannon is double-barreled instead of single-barreled as in the pics *sighs* .

Even in clone wars, the tank are usually single cannoned.
