As for those acrylic cases, I am not sure of any local supplier but I think there are shops that make them when you provide them dimensions that you want.
Actually, a normal plastic protector or more popularly known as Starcase or Protech Protector is good enough to protect a average carded figure. Unless you are buying those vintage figures which fetch a very high value eg ($300+), then I would suggest you get acrylic cases.

I get my Star Wars protector cases from Simply Toys at Suntec City. Not for every figure, just those rarer ones
