Oh don't worry. Shipping takes time especially if it's a big box.
At least not as bad as my armor/helmet/pistol order a few years back. Ordered in late Oct but only received it around Feb or Mar due to box getting damaged in transition (so the seller had to replace the parts when the box automatically came back to him) and Canadian Postal taking 1 month just to get the box to go international (and it only takes about 2 weeks to arrive in Singapore after that).
Oh! In case you might not know, depending on luck, your box might get GST taxed. Think it all depended on how much the seller valued it on the "Info" Label.
I got lucky and didn't get taxed tho' mine cost me SGD1,200 but William said his kena tho' it cost him around SGD600+.

As for the visor, it has to be reflective for this helmet and dark smoke/black for your EP3 clone helmet. You can place car tint (black and reflective) onto clear acrylic sheet. I'm not too sure where you can get clear acrylic sheet from...perhaps from Art Friend?
Anyone have any ideas to help?

i usually go for those protective welding visors. it has something like a hard hat liner and then an adjustable clear face visor. The good thing is that it has a good size (roughly 15cm X 13cm), it can be cut out in any shape using just a garden shear and it costs less then $10!...
get them at any neighbourhood hard ware shops
after cutting into shape, then use what keith proposed; black reflective tint~
