what's there to figure? this is george's universe & he says balance is achieved when the sith is completely destroyed in ROTJ. vader & palpatine are the last of the sith. that's why anakin is the chosen one in that he brought to an end the splinter group that broke away from the jedi order millennia ago. balance with regards to the prophecy simply means the total destruction of the sith.
