Commander Gree: was he in Geonosis battle in EPii?

was browsing the clonetroopers forum and some one asked for a ref pic to Gree for him in Phase I armor and some one posted this:

could that generic commander be Gree as he is seem following Yoda (Like in EPiii)?
one member even (almost) swore that bino he was holding was the one Gree owned....

Eh...i can't identify any specific clone in phase 1 armor [not my fault really]

Anyway, aren't all macrobinocs alike?

Yeah..aren't most clones around since Battle of Geonosis? Yeah that's the Clone Wars version of Gree in phase 1..wonder why he isn't in the yellow commander livery too...
