:O

This topic hasn't been posted for a long time ..

Nevertheless ..

I have already completed Star Wars:BattleFront 2 and I have come to realise
the 501st legion has survived for half a decade ( Thats a 100 years right? ) or so!

And from what i've gathered upon these men ..

And upon The emperor ..

Palpatine DOESN'T like Aliens ...

He doesn't trust them ..

Thats why his whole armies are made out of Human .

Pure human .

And btw .

The emperor cloned himself several times .

Why?

To stay alive .

An old man cannot live long .

Even the force cannot stop that .

But it can withdraw the inevitable for a while ..

He transferred his spirit from his own body to his own clone ...

Ensuring his survival ...

But why Emperor palpatine died?

I'm not too sure ... but ..

I heard that Han Solo killed a clone which at that time , Emperor palpatine's spirit had went into ...
The difference between heresy and treachery is ignorance.

I think you mean 'century'.

A 'decade' is 10 years...

I read on Wikipedia (article on clone troopers) that the growth acceleration slows down at the age of 10 (though whether it's biological age or appearance age I don't know). That might explain why the 501st survived all the way till the Battle on Hoth.

Actually...The clones Survived untill the Second Death Star.. It says so, and at that point it hints to the new clone template, or inlisted men taking over the 501st...
