Post by Dr EMH » Sat Jan 06, 2007 7:47 pm

Radio 938Live from MediaCorp has invited StarTrek.sg for a Radio Talk Show interview. :D

For their passion on Star Trek and knowledgeable on our local Star Trek community, Trekkies Dori (Fiona) and lhs1701 (Lim H.S.) have been nominated for the radio talk show interview.

Congrats, Dori & lhs1701!

During the interview, we mention the combine activities with starwars groups, different factions e.g. SEJA group and with moviemania and showed the interviewer the photographs.

The interviewer were not familiar with the Singapore cosplay scene so we mentioned and showed her the photos too.

Who knows the starwars group here may receive a call one day for an interview too.

Yes, we wanted everyone else to be aware of our friends too so somehow we found ways to mention them.

Welldone guys!! And especially well done for bringing the other communities into the picture.

Just curious, how did this interview come about?

And how come the station assigned someone not familiar with the local cosplay scene to do the interview? I thought that kind of things only happen in Malaysia...
