Star Trek is celebrating it's 40th Anniversary this year ... Paramount is going to auction off 4,000 Star Trek props, costumes, accessories, etc. for an estimated sum of over US$3 millions, and has appointed the world renowned auction house Christie's to be its auctioneer.

This morning I have just ordered a copy of the 40th Star Trek Anniversary Auction Catalogue from Christie's.
(even the catalogue is not free ... but i reckon this is the only item i can affort to buy, hehe ...)

Why payment in £ Pounds Sterling?

Orders shipped to North or South America will be charged in US dollars. Orders shipped to the European Union will be charged in Euros. All other orders will be charged in UK pounds sterling!

This pre-ordered catalogues will ship 3-4 weeks prior to the sale. The auction is scheduled on 5-7 Oct 2006 at NY.
