error scene in Ep1-PM

Post by donleow » Wed May 11, 2005 10:38 pm

anakin skywalker

Watch carefully during the scene where R2-D2 and C-3P0 are introduced, and you'll notice anakin is watching Mike Lynch, the guy operating C-3P0, who we don't see on-screen

During the pod race we see Anakin's left hand switching ...a switch :P His nails are clearly dirty (understandable) and a tad long.Later on , again his left hand is seen fliping a switch and now it has cleaned nails and somewhat shorter

During the scene when Anakin is packing his stuff to leave the planet, when he packs his bag there is a bunch of stuff on his bed. Ande the camera turns to C3PO and then back to him, and his bed is clean.

lightsaber
beginning of the film, Qui-Gon thrusts his lightsaber into a metal blast door and within a few seconds the door begins to glow and melt.
Later, though, Darth Maul thrusts a lightsaber into Qui-Gon in a similar manner, yet Qui-Gon's clothes do not even catch fire, let alone him burnt or slice into half. Then Maul raps his lightsaber blade on the deck in front of Obi-Wan and all it does is makes sparks fly without cutting or melting a thing. Is Qui-Gon's lightsaber that much hotter than Maul's,

When Obi-wan, gets knocked from one of those bridge {during the duel with Darth Maul} he falls onto a platform/brige below and his lightsabre lands in front of him.it rolls and comes to rest on a *lit* strip ,of a dark and light area of the bridge.A few scenes later Obi-wan climbs up and retieves his sabre ...but It's moved. It is now further in from the edge, and resting on a dark area between the two light strips

When Qui-gon dies his lightsabre falls at his feet, he then drops ..face first and {rather awkwardly!} rolls face up .His lightsabre is then shown to be alongside him, near his hand. When Obi-wan uses the force to *pick up* Qui-Gon's sabre..it's now moved to right in front of his feet!

about sith
At the end Yoda says that there are always 2 never more and never less but didn't Vader say to the Emperor in ROTJ "He will join us or die" indicating that there can be more than 2.

C3PO
At the start of the pod race a line of humanoids walk out holding flags. As they walk by C-3PO is the third one and the rest are aliens. Then when it goes to the long shot he is no longer there at all

While having Anakin design C3PO was a novel idea and a good way to integrate the droid into the new movie, Anakin Skywalker made C3PO from scratch. Yet in the older three movies, 3PO was the property of Luke Skywalker, yet nothing was mentioned about anakin. Additionally, he cannot recognize obi wan.

diving thru the city
when Obi, Jar Jar, and Qui gon goes through the portal thing into Gunga city you can see that quigons hair is wet and his robes a little damp. But when the shot goes to Obi his hair and robes are dry, then when it goes back to Qui gon his hair is dry but his clothes are a little damp.

darth bane started this only 2 thingy after the sith vs jedi war... perhaps the emperor wanted to bring back the sith empire so no more 2 is enough hehe...

That's because C3PO had his memory wiped by Bail Organa when the 2 droids were in his possession. Otherwise, Princess Leia would know who her real parents were, and perhaps her knowledge would jeopardise her safety.

after rewatching the entire saga recently, it's clear that palpatine used the same method to recruit an apprentice as he did with anakin and luke ......

sitting down relaxed a corner and using deceitful words deliberately to make them emotional killing off his previously apprentice ......

thus it's still always the two-rule ..... :D

even darth vader had his own plans seducing luke to join him and together they can destroy the emperor ......

No. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h38VV7qk ... re=related
At 3:19 u can see that he dropped his lightsaber near his feet not near his hand and thats where obi-wan "picked it up" from.
