If you plan on joining the 501st, I wouldn't recommend the Rubies Supreme Stormtrooper.

As a start off, it's way inaccurate, and needs lot of modification to be applicable for approval.

Besides, there are lots of cheaper fan-made suits out there.
I know some 501st members are selling their suits over at www.whitearmor.net (the 501st sub-site for stormtroopers), and sometimes at www.mepd.net (the 501st sub-site for sandtroopers).

I was posting that to help someone who started this post. I'm not a 501st or Storm Trooper guy myself. I just like wearing Black Jedi tunics with my own mods here and there.
