hi guys, first post here im a star wars fan since i watched ANH long time back. have always wanted to do my own lightsaber but didnt have the money back den.

to get back in the star wars mood, i came across dis site

Yeah, Tim's right. It's just taking shots of two items and using photoshop to create the final composite.

yep, i beleive these are toys put into a real world scenario. but my plan is to do it live action style.

the plan is for me to bring my camera and crew, and u guys bring your costumes and stuff. sort of like a collaboration

What kind of a picture did you have in mind? There are mobility issues when it comes to troopers in armour and the various costumes.

Each location will suit varying costumes, so its unlikely we can do one altogether, eg. Biker Scout in a concrete enviroment? Royal Guard in a forest?

incubus, you'll need to propose the locations and we'll see what costumes would look best...

u got dat right, but wats the consensus here then? before i can plan the scene, i probably need to know wat kind of costumes u have readily availble,
this is my first time here on the forum, so pardon me for not knowing wat kind of costumes u guys already own.

juz add on to wat u have access to, quantity would be good but not necessary yet.

im not looking of quantity right now, im juz looking for variety of characters, to mix and match into a particular scene

e.g,

JEDI - (your nick)
SITH - (your nick)
STORMTROOPER - (your nick)

if u have a better way of collating this particular data, do lemme know as well

How about recommending a couple of location first and possible dates?

I understand our regular Jedis are busy right now with RL issues so might need "early booking" for such photoshoot.
