Pathlight's Children's Day Celebration - 29 Sep 06

The Pathlight School is Singapore's first autism-focused school that offers the mainstream academic curriculum, together with life readiness skills. The students are aged between 6 and 16 years old.

We have been invited to be a part of their Children's Day Celebration on 29 September 06 (Friday) from 8 am to 1 pm. According to one of the teachers, "I've students who is totally crazy about Star Wars, so i believe that they will be thrilled to see you guys."
More details will be made available later once we are able to confirm the number of participants.
For those who are able to participate, please indicate your nick and costume in the following reply...

As mentioned, I have taken leave on 29 Sep... confirmed that I will be able to make it for this one, even with dress down time and travel time factored in, as my Alpha Weekend only begins at 7.00pm on 29 Sep... this means that I have 6 hours between this event and the Alpha Weekend, and I believe that participating in this event will make my Alpha Weekend even more meaningful... so count me in, and please keep me posted on any further details

Excellent, guys! Just a little update... We're likely to appear only for 2 hours, ie. 11 am to 1 pm, as part of the celebrations... inclusive of a telematch which we'll be mascots... More details after this Sunday...

Des, I have taken leave but a bit tight on 8am due to my cruiser will busy with my CO. If I am allowed to come in a little bit later, say, by 0.5 to 1 hr, I can comfortably be deployed...

As this event requires careful planning and indepth discussions with the school management, I'll need one more day to finalise details... We'll be meeting about 270 unique children... Pls check this thread tomorrow evening...
