From the thread, it's not the first time the "Singapore" fellow had scam US Props Makers.
And Headshot Props might be a small "company" so the amount this Even Wong had cheated him is now a big loss for him, including in term of his reputation at Paypal or Online.
So no choice, both to protect his future income and to prevent possible source of Star Fortress getting his stuffs for recasting, he have to blacklist Singapore.
