Shipping in a Star Wars weapon replica

Post by SingaporeGuy » Fri Apr 09, 2010 1:33 pm

not sure where to place this but i reckon this could be good since we are all collectors here.

anyone tried bringing in a MR 1:1 weapon replica (stormtrooper blaster, leia pistol etc) from abroad without any hitches? am only afraid of customs seizing the collectible. :/

any feedback would be very helpful.

Heard stories how a MR Han Solo ir Leia Blaster was seized by the police when some fellow bring it in on his own a few years back, and the item had since been displayed at the Police HQ.

since it has parts that can move, e.g : trigger

i would have bought those MR blasters if there were no issues with Singapore Customs

AFAIK, MR weapons do not have any moving parts.

rejected by customs because the e-11, leia, luke, han solo, boba fett blasters are modeled after real guns =S
