Storm Trooper Darth Nacho project

oh right here is my new kit i just got thanks to mosske.

first of all nice vacumform. however bottom of my bucket was craked...so time to bring out the bondo.

here is the kit to start....even include decal and all parts...cool. hope this is easyer to build then my shock trooper.

will update all of you on my progress.

1 inch crack down the bottom of the front face plate. the plastic was too thin in that area.

Ah the "chin" area..at least it won't be too visible when you wear it..

yea the same on my shock trooper bucket. just patch it with bondo and paint it a bit

Ok bro. I think don't bondo that crack area yet. After you complete the helmet, the last part will be to cut the hole for yr head to fit through so you'll probably cut away most of that area where the crack is...the rest you can bondo and finally cover up with the rubber liner for the circumference.

You know, you can join in the armor party to assemble the TK armor. We usually throw parties and we should be able to get the suit up really quick.

I'll let you know bro. I'm moving house this coming weekend. In the meantime, you can start trimming out the parts first. I'll help you with the assembly of the armor and helmet. I'll sms you the date once I can confirm.

I had a great way to putty those cracks and holes, CA glue them, touch up with paint marker on the gap, sand with 2000 grit sandpaper then novus polish it. You wun be able to tell the difference. Keith can testify to some of the repair work i did on my helm. :wink:
