Let just say it needed a lot of reinforcement to be wearable.
And not all armor made from ABS or of the good thickness. Back in the days, many Armor are Styrene but as more people became troopers, ABS became the choice due to its durability.
And here and there, there're still whole Trooper Armors being made from Sintra.
That is why most of us rely on word of mouth or recommendation on where to get our armor and parts.

As Haldir pointed out, there're varying thickness of ABS and styrene. My AT-AT Driver chestbox was vac-formed from styrene. Although the box looks sharp from the exterior, it actually is 'thin/flimsy' all around. I had to reinforce it from the inside with pieces of styrene and wood.

gona go as a shock clone trooper. got the pic and paint laid out will start monday work.
here is the helmet thanks to frodo who brought it to the auto shop. decal will go up next

cost about $46. dont know if i got the budget to paint all of the armor in that will start the white sprey tonight.

primed all the parts and put on the red and the white. more to do tomorow.
