Impressive, but I wouldn't call it 'life size'

The in-universe T-65 X-wing starfighter, as built by Incom Corporation, is 12.5 m(41.25ft) in length, so this 21 ft model is only 1:2 at best.

Still mighty impressive though, considering the wings can be opened mid-flight by remote control.

Sure wouldn't mind getting my hands on a copy of the CAD file they used to build this thing...

hey..went into gizmodo.. but couldnt find the link..
judging from the built model.. no way it could fly..launched and propelled in an upward motion due to rockets...but its not fly as in flight :lol:
a nice project though still :D
