my latest project - keller

Post by donleow » Tue Jul 10, 2007 5:24 pm

been a while since i did a helmet again and this round i finally building the helmet i been i always wanted to do...galatic marine commander keller
took me a neat 6 weeks to sand, assemble, paint the helmet but i m satisfy...i will definitely need a body armour for this beauty..

the helmet prop comes from hippo v3 and is the same kit as one of the legion member who appear in C4 as keller,..It is also known as the beehive helmet as some says as used by the Clone paratroopers.

I have follow closely to the guide provided in clonetroopers forum and since there is only one comic we can refer to and i think is #79 starwars republic: into the unkown...

enjoy guys

hey bro i actually sent for a professional airbrushing service to airbrush to get that constant coat...infact in clonetrooper forum, all of us who took on the keller project agree that we all should be consistent...at least 3 troopers i know are using the same color scheme and paint which is acrylic non gloss.

Oh-My-God. That's really cool. That has to be one of the most unique helmet's I've seen yet. Please post more of CC-Keller, as possible! :D
