Nope. 
You should see how tall is our current Stormtrooper aka Luke in Disguise and Sandtrooper. 
I think the standard FX Stormtrooper Armor can be worn by someone minimal 1.5m tall or a few cm shorter but that'll mean a LOT of trimming to do. Below that may need a specially made armor like worn by some props maker kids.
