Haha here's a photo of it :
This is actually Leia from 'The Empire Strikes Back Infinities' and I thought it was a pretty nice design.
So yes anyway I'll probably only start after O levels or maybe a little during June holidays but yeah maybe some tips and stuff?
THANK YOU (:

Hmmm.....the basis is to get the materials from Arab Street or People's Park (Food & Shopping Centre). I personally will keep it as Cotton or Cotton Blend or even Polyester Blend (but NOT Poplin/Tetra-Cotton; that'll be too thin).
You probably can get away with doing a Boot Cover, on top of a Above-Ankle or Mid-Shin or even Knee-High Boots. The straps on her boots you can get away with sewing Velcro to Vinyl/Fake Leather Straps, same as you used for the Boot Cover.
The design on her Tabbards, you can either use 3D Paint or Fabric Paint.
Pants, can get off the Rack but recommended to be Loose a bit.

Looking at that picture, you might be able to get away with low-cut boots with spats, provided your spats and straps are of appropriate material and colour. But ... are you doing this for Rebel Legion (where certain costuming standards may apply) or just for fun? Costuming standards and hunting for reference pictures can be real challenge. Turns some people off, turns some people on.
