Barry, if you're getting one, help me get one too. As in the TB one.

For my lycra one, go find it at Carrefour Plaza Sing. Ridiculously expensive though. SGD26..

tham, you want barry to die of heat stroke issit? thats a fleece balaclava meant for cold countries or winter. A more suitable choice for balaclavas for our local climate would be polyester or cotton material

another source for balaclava:

http://cgi.ebay.com/SWAT-Balaclava-Hood ... 286.c0.m14

Hongkong is a shopping paradise for military/special forces replica stuff, balaclavas, webbing, headgear, even guns as in airsoft.

Another alternative is we can try beach road market

*edit* Ron, if you're interested in the one from the link louis provided. lmk than we can order together to save shipping. Think it might turn out even cheaper than getting locally..

Heh, wait till you hear how much I paid for my 1st Swimming Hood when I did my IRG in 2001. :( SGD36 and I was surviving on a SGD20 weekly allowance. When I went to the shop again in 2005, had to fork up SGD45 for another piece of different brand and smaller.

I'm sure the columbia will be better quality but since I'm like fatimah back then, surviving on like $20 allowance a week for now, I'll go for the cheaper ebay one from HK. Just try it first heh. It should add up to around S$4 each inclusive shipping.

http://cgi.ebay.com/SWAT-Balaclava-Hood ... 370wt_1084

am checking with seller regarding combine shipping

I'll just order 5 when he gets back to me
barry (2) one is for ron in case he wants it
louis (2)
eugene (1)

Columbia Sportswear Fleece Balaclava

(if I order 5)

Order Subtotal: $38.05
Estimated Shipping: $27.00
Estimated Order Total: $65.05

So shipping per item is 27/5 = US$5.40 = S$7.78 (As of 31 Jul exchange rate)
