oh my... looks like you'll have a slight problem... but no matter, there are ways around this obstacle... with luck you may be the 1st trooper of your local outpost... :D

my two-cents worth of knowledge...

Vacuum-formed parts usually have thin-walls, thus causing it to tear. the machine u mentioned can form 1mm to 2mm (max) thickness. else, the dimension of the part will run off.

the one mosske mentioned can prob formed up to 4mm or 5mm. but having said tat, it depends on the material used too.

common material used are, polystyrene(PS), polypropylene(PP), PET, polyethelyene(PE), n prob polyvinylchloride(PVC). each has adv n disadv.

okok i'll stop here if not it'll look like Abstract for some Engineering thesis.. =D

what materrial ussualy used on Armor?

ABS?or pvc?

and how heavy is the complete armor?

I'd heard of ABS, Styrene and fibreglass armor..

Weight will depends on the type of material and no. of parts... Generally, fibreglass is heavier... I'm not sure bout the exact weight...no more than 10kg maybe?

oh haha...this helmet.. remembered one guy [Gordon or something]brought that to paul's armor party a month ago....mosske said its rather okay except for a seam near the mouthpiece...

there's much talk about the CE helmet. apparently it's not accurate. alot of comments on that helmet i read somewhere
