I suggest u stick to Epoputty. It can be bought at home fix ($7.80) or at those Shops which sell torchlights, batteries, shampoos and odds and ends at about $6 a pack.

As for the Kelloggs CT helmet, I have one too. I think Minimum reinforcement would be required.

Apart frm the seam which joins the two parts together, I would recomment u do a "ring-of-putty' around the crown (i.e. where ur forehead, temple and back of head would rest on) and the bottom circle...

im still delaying 'modifying' my helm...still sourcing possible resources.

That looks more like wall sealant... A definite NO NO for reinforcing and sealing your helmet, cos these have a strong tendency to disintegrate into powder or worst still crack... Stick to any brand of 2-part putty...

do a search on CT.net.there was a VERY gd conversion fro the kelloggs helmet, it became a Sgt CT (Green)

yup oredi read on that one....still need more info...
the actual processes are still murky, trying to find more info.

i gonna do it soon... i love blue...but seeing that there are so many Reds and Blues, i might just go for a Green~

searching for a replacement for the normal visor...looking for dark tinted film/gold/silver film for sticking over acrylic or transparent plastic.

my project temporarily put on hold, as i have packed it to be kept at my friend's place. Changing of workplace soon.
