I suggest u stick to Epoputty. It can be bought at home fix ($7.80) or at those Shops which sell torchlights, batteries, shampoos and odds and ends at about $6 a pack.
As for the Kelloggs CT helmet, I have one too. I think Minimum reinforcement would be required.
Apart frm the seam which joins the two parts together, I would recomment u do a "ring-of-putty' around the crown (i.e. where ur forehead, temple and back of head would rest on) and the bottom circle...

im still delaying 'modifying' my helm...still sourcing possible resources.
That looks more like wall sealant... A definite NO NO for reinforcing and sealing your helmet, cos these have a strong tendency to disintegrate into powder or worst still crack... Stick to any brand of 2-part putty...9 wrote:I saw another putty pack....duno good or not...i took a photo.
