Have you tried Ebay? There's lots of clone helmets floating around, esp from South America... What is your budget? I assume you just need one for display?

frm my knowledge, stay away frm rubies eP2 clone helmets.

Soft and small.

Fan mades are usually the best. I dun really know the details of which makers are more prominent, but i noe fan mades are the way to go.

As for a chep alternative (with quite an ammount to work on), u can try theses:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Kelloggs-Star-Wars- ... dZViewItem

However, its inaccurate in its own way. The helmet is a bit tall and long-ish. Has a Short Top fin. But like i said, for a cheap alternative (about $30-80 USD), its quite a gd buy.

This is a kellogs (with NO modding)

Here's a clone trooper helmet question...

What really does all those shortforms stand for (in terms of helmets)

MR = Master Replica

SM3 = ?

JM3 = ?

SGB = ?

JM = ?

Any more terms i missed out? Got a list?

JM is JavaMonkey. His EP2 Clone Trooper helmet should be ready by now. It runs USD $225 excluding shipping.

Some are individuals who make their own armour and then sell it through companies. SkyGunBro is both the maker and the seller. JavaMonkey is on the clonetrooper detachment of the 501st. There is also a C6 who made only 6 EP2 Clone Trooper buckets and then stopped. However, I believe his helemt was recast by someone else who did a large run.

Most unlicensed prop maker would not register a company to sell props because what they're doing is essentially illegal.

As soon as you set up a company to sell props, you're outright challenging the authority of all the licensed companies, and LFL. If you remain small, anonymous and 'fan made', you stand less chance of being served a C&S by LFL.
