Anyone with spare Stormtrooper armour?
I am looking for the armour for the right arm of a Stormtrooper. Does anyone know where I can get some spare parts?
Also a blaster?
Thanks
Also a blaster?
Thanks
Hiya Stormtrooper!
Welcome to the forum.
For the Arm, like Jeanette (the lady at the TIE Pilot Booth said), best is to ask Tim, the local 501st Garrison/Outpost Leader as he may know where to get parts only. I'll remind her to refer you to Tim soon.
For Blaster, for now, quickest alternative is the Hasbro one from Simply Toys (Get a ST Member to get it for you from the main store). The good thing is, it's not that heavy and durable enough to drop several time. Or you can wait a while first to see if any other stores or someone can help get it directly for you when they drop by US etc.
And you are one lucky fellow to have that Don Post Armor!
I still remember me back in 1996 drooling over the one they put up at the Taka SW Christmas and goes into the hands of the Brunei Royalty.

My Stormtrooper is made from fibre glass. The quality is fantastic and its a real shame that the arm is missing. You can see a picture of a completed mannequin at http://www.starwarshelmets.com/

Hi JediJean,
Thanks for all your help the other day... and the links to these great websites!
I'm now getting quotes on repairing the missing arm on my Stormtrooper. Hopefully I'll have it completed soon. I can't wait!
Please let me know if you guys are up to anything.... kinda sad the exhibition is now over....
Cheers!

Yes, thank you. I have found a manufacturer who may be able to sculpture the armour into the arm so I am now getting quotes. I'm probably going to get it made from soft wood, in three pieces so I can adjust the position of the arm such that it lines up with the rifle.
.... I've discovered that reconstructing is much more difficult than repairing!
