Hi Jim,
I was very moved by your story and realise how lucky I am to have relatively good health. I hope you get well soon and hope I get the chance to meet you. I was not able to make the fan boys troop so did not get a chance to sign the poster, but I want you to know my thoughts and best wishes go out to you!

Why not organise another one so that star wars fans and of course, Star Trek fans, can appreciate the Live And Let Live attitude of the two similar sci-fi movie genres? This is as opposed to what is depicted in Fanboys.........anyway, this sci-fi community should also learn to love other sci-fi movies and not get fanatical only about sw
We all hope to see you again soon and hope you will be able to go around without your mask soon and eat all your favourite foods.Luke Starkiller wrote:Hi ppl,

Was really nice talking to you and learning what you are going through. You sound so cheerful despite what you are suffering and that is a real insperation to us all.
I think the aircon was not working well as I got so hot yesterday and my lens steamed up very fast. From the photos I can see lots of beautiful girls around me who I could not see clearly on the day and I missed it all!!
I think I need to find a character with a little less leather for those really hot days! Or troop down at snow city!

Here is a very sad news to announce. Here is the post the member saga from the other forum.
Condolences to his wife, his child and family. It is with great sadness that I share with all of you the news that our friend Luke Starkiller (Jim) passed away this morning at SGH after he was admitted some days ago.
His wife has just informed me of this.
I know there are some friends of Jim here.
His wake is at: Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, BLK 552.
He leaves behind his wife and his small baby.
I will be going later after work around 8pm.
Jim is very brave to have fought leukemia. I was just SMSing with him about 2 weeks ago about the new star wars toys. Cannot believe he left.
Thank you Jim for companying all of us at all the various Star Wars toy sales and launch events.
You will be missed.
And may the force be with you, forever.
