Actually, it's from the Vivocity Matsuri (or something cosplay event) ones if I remember correctly.

No way they can publish about this year's Cosfest at Downtown East as it just happened last weekend and the magazine had been out since around late June or first few days of July.

There is a high chance there'll be another one next year so there is another chance.

And hope next year one will occurs in a much bigger Exhibition Hall or a couple put together like at IT Fair.
