THE GALACTIC SENATE

Nope... The event had not died off... We'll be back again on 29 October 06 after a needed break and to have more time to bring more goodies to everyone... And as always, I'll be publicising the efforts of the 501st Legion...

As the stall space of this round is gonna be ultra small... 2nd floor, Middle Passage... Only costumers who can deposit their containers in cars (or anywhere except at the stall) are encouraged to show up...

For those who are driving, parking at the basement of CSC only costs S$2 per entry for Sundays.

All roadshow participants & visitors, please note...
1) Do not congregate infront of stalls belonging to others, unless you are patronizing them.
2) Do not occupy any tables or kiosks that do not belong to us, even if they are unoccupied.
3) Belongings left at our roadshow stall are at the risk of their owners. The starwars.sg team will not be liable for any loss of properties left at the stall.
4) Costumers are advised not to stray out of the flea market area, especially out of the building, as the organizer will not be accountable for any resulting problems we face. DO NOT intentionally distract motorists.

GetzJedi, it will not be possible to put or leave the container in the car....How are we going to do that after we dress up ??? And we also can't remove all costumes part and bring the box to the car? Please advice.

I'll be there to help out as usual... but not in costume... hmm, shall we combine Halloween and the next roadshow? Just a suggestion...

Another suggestion... perhaps does anyone want to "volunteer" their car space for those costumers without cars? Maybe just for the duration of the roadshow, so they don't have to be left out entirely.

If you guys are familiar with the middle passage at the 2nd level, you would know that the tables would placed against the shops there and there would not be enough space for us to place our containers at the stall... Don't forget that our charity sale will have a fair bit of containers too... I would suggest that costumers dress up at the carpark, unless there are better options... We'll try to get a better spot for November...

Aw, you can place your container in my car... Just like what we did for the Mediacorps event... Change at the carpark...

Please make arrangements to store your containers/bags away from the stall, as explained in preceeding replies.

It's the Hari Raya weekend so if I can't make it, will keep you all update
