SGD4,000 rite? And that is sharing one room with many others, spending as little as possible while there and taking Economy Class on some non-SIA Flight.
Tempting but really no money liao!

wow...sure or not 4K... i go europe...still got spending money included...Who quote 4K? U travel everything first class it is???

Well, to be comfortable mah. Air Fare is already SGD1K++++ and add to that Airport Tax, the Hotel, Convention Entrance, regular Food and drinks, transport, misc stuffs to get at the event and during stay in US etc etc. Not easy to find roommates anyway unless you travelling in group from Singapore.

Celebration 4 will be on May 2007 and coincide with the yearly Disney Star wars weekends and SW 30th Anniversary so it should be very 'happening' in CA...
A trip to US for a family of 4 will cost me all my lifetime SW collection and another 5 year of "Don't u dare to buy anymore SW" from my commander.
Got to set up stall in CSC from now....

Now, i've got three reasons to go across the world:
1. SW Celebration 4
2. San Diego Comic Con
3. Universal Studios
Time to check the good ol' database for relatives/friends in California.
Oh yeah, and time to start saving like crazy

Arrrhhhh!!!
I been wanting to go to SD ComicCon for as long as I started Costuming (
6 Years already). And dun forget
DragonCon in Altanta as these 2 Cons are the ones every SW (
and LOTR, Matrix etc Costumers) should aim for to go.

hi people,
as suggested in another forum (for collecting toys)...we could organize a group trip, i believe it's cheaper that way?
any other suggestions?
