Sounds like you'd need someone to buy an Adult ticket first to redeem your free entry.

Hmmm...if you got a Turtle Neck Long Sleeves T-Shirt, Plain Pants or Trackpants (both in same Dark Color like Black or Dark Blue), Boots and Plain Wide Belt with a Lightsabre, can come down as some random NJO Jedi Knight. If can get some Black Cloths, can also make Tabbards and Obi.

Or the SGD15 Worksuit/Coverall in Dark Color from Army Market, plus Belt with some pouches on your belt and a Lightsabre.

My NJO Jedi Garb used to be the T-Shirt, Trackpants, Boots, Tabbards and Obi plus a Hasbro QGJ Lightsabre and that got me through Rebel Legion back then when it first started.

So as long as your costume don't look TOO Ghetto or like 1 hour search in your wardrobe, should be presentable enough for the event.

But remember, No Quicksilver Bathrobe Emperor Palpatine please.

Okay, people... We're likely to get free entry again for everyone in costume on 2 April 06... As we are showing up under the umbrella of FanForce, let's not abuse this privilege by sneaking non-costumers into the exhibition hall... Looking at the list of costumes below, there isn't a real need for Minders to look after us, as those who are not wearing helmets can double as Minders... We also shouldn't make it difficult for the SSC staff to discern who are eligible for free entry and who are not. Afterall, there will be many other people wearing Star Wars apparel to the exhibition...

Please raise any concerns about this...
