Latest News about the Star Wars Exhibition in Singapore

At last , Singapore Science Centre has inked the deal with Lucasfilm to bring the Star Wars Exhibition to Singapore ! In the next 1 - 2 weeks, more information will be released about the Exhibition , and you'll here it first right here at www.starwars.sg !

Keep checking back at our mainsite as we bring you the latest news right up to the minute, and take our current poll to tell us if you are excited about the upcoming Exhibition, or not, and why. :wink:

Well, it seems that this appears to be the reason of GL's presence in Singapore.

You just might have something there, my friend. :)

I'm just relieved that finally things are starting to move along. For a long time, we didn't hear anything from the Science Centre, but they have promised official information over the next few days.

We'll keep you posted ! :D

Hi everyone,

Do check out our mainsite at www.starwars.sg for the first Official Press Release by Singapore Science Centre .

For the first time, we can confirm the official name of the exhibition , THE ART OF STAR WARS .

We will be meeting with the officials from Singapore Science Centre in a few days' time to discuss the fan involvement in this mega event , so we'll keep you posted.

More news soon..... :D

cheers and hurray...finally i m back in the motherland of singapore after the hardy months of oversea travellings...this is definitely a booster to cleanse my tiredness and look forward to the event...and i didnt know i missed so much on the posting..felt crippled without the access to internet when travellling to remote land of tatooine similar.

Those details are still being worked out . Lucas has specific terms and conditions which will have to be fulfilled at the Exhibition .

More details as soon as we get them. :D

photo taking or not is not confirmed but based on past experiences we have attended which george lucas comissioned usually do not allowed phototaking due to copyrights. A recent example will be the japan exhibits that hosted it.
