S$2,000 for only 3 Master Replica props? ... Ridiculous.

1. Master replicas 1/1 Storm trooper Blaster.
2. Master replicas Darth Vader FX light saber.
3. Master replicas Luke Skywalker FX Green Light Saber.

I think u can get all 3 sets from SimplyToy or Falcon Hanger at less than half the price.

The only thing there worth any amount of money is the blaster. However I know someone selling off his for only S$1,000, complete with display case and all certification.

Another S$1000 for the 2 units FX saber is grossly overpriced, especially since the Vader FX is the older, 6 battery version.

Don't think so doc, not for less then S$1k. This particular blaster is an old item and chances are it won't be available off the shelf. And high-end MR items like this limited edition blaster do appreciate in price.

I would say S$1200 is a fair price for all 3 items, if all of them are in mint condition.

Hey guys, beware! Any 1:1 scale gun replicas of any types, incldg Starwars blaster, is restricted item in Singapore. I hv chk with Simply Toys & they are not bringing any of these in. Not sure where this replica is now but this is a Singapore yahoo auction & require u to bid openly. So even if got the $$, better think twice abt the risk.

Anyway, MR is making smaller scaled replicas of some blasters & shud be allowed here. One Hokkien saying, "no fish, prawns also can mah"

Not entirely true... Gun-replicas can be owned after the necessary inspections and documentations... and on certain conditions, such as that they are only for display purposes... Else shops like Caesars, that sells replicas of muskets, would be in deep shit...

Yes, I agree licence is required b4 buying any weapon replicas. Shop like Caesars stocks in those late 19th century pistols & rifles, but never seen anyone bringing in Glock pistols, AK47, etc . So it may depend on the types of weapons that can be approved here.

Simply Toys told me that Han Solo blaster is restricted, so I guess that stormtrooper blaster shud in the same category. I might be wrong but anyone with better understanding can enlighten us here.
