Manage to pick up 1 last piece due to a tip off... and am borrowing another piece from another long-time SW collector for this review.

Here's the shots from the top and bottom...

Well, yes, mine apparently "suffered" from mishandling during transportation from its factory. It's fine though since am opening it up.

Anyway, let's look at the packaging proper...
Image Image Image Image

This is just one way too cool windowed packaging, just check out the sides of the AT-ST in action.

And it's time to let it RIP!
Image Image Image Image

Very nice realistic background insert. And this time round, the wire twisties been replaced with twisted paper.

Here's the leaflet.
Image

Let's take a look at the driver...
Image Image Image Image

And he fits perfectly in scale with the new AT-ST...
Image Image

Without further ado... The one you've been waiting for...
Image Image Image Image

The underside...
Image

The top side...
Image

The viewports
Image
These can be closed or opened.

The interior... (with stickers pre-applied)
Image Image Image Image
Definitely seats 2...

The weaponary...
Image Image Image

And the firing blasters...
Image

Anyway, it's abit rush... and rebelscum's photo archive do have better pics than mine. So, is this B.AT-ST worth it? Hell! Yeah! Even though I probably need to do the hot water treatment for mine due to it's bent chin blasters, the scale is just so authentic...and the joints are mostly click-joints(worry-free).

And a parting shot...

Thanks for reading...

@ PaNiNi: As requested. Endor AT-AT, Hoth AT-ST, B.AT-ST
Image Image Image Image

@ masteryoyo: Nope, not vacuum-packed, just a very crumpled piece of plastic over it since I got tired of keeping/removing it from its packaging box constantly.

Great review, as always Valentin ! Though this version doesn't have the walking feature of the previous one, the articulation more than makes up for it :) !

Tks for the review bro. Dun really like the weathering on this ATST but guess its more of a Endor, dirt/mud treatment then the Hoth type.

Hopefully there would be a hoth variant in the near future..so that i could recreate the hoth battle scene

Yes, its time to make a new AT-AT after seeing comparison of this new AT-ST with AT-AT. The current AT-AT is only close to scale with the old AT-ST.

I did take the articulation over the walking feature any day.
I would love a new AT-AT but I would really hope they update the speeder bikes

@ Dranoel: You're welcome. Thanks for the AT-ST.

@ zirst: Glad you enjoy it. I would rather take articulation over that walking feature any other day, since it accounts for the weak legs on most of my POTF mold AT-STs.

@ recon: Yes, I would hope for a hoth-type of AT-ST too, rather than a repaint, since certain physical aspects of it is different from the ROTJ version.

@ PaNiNi: You're welcome. Well, they spent most of their time in my showcases rather than by my side.

@dr34m: Have you seen the code 3 version of the AT-ST? It's die-cast, and I notice that almost all the physical aspects of it is the same as the hasbro one. Never realized that hasbro really did put in quite a fair bit of effort for accuracy this time. Check out the code 3 photos here -> http://eyeofthecollector-starwars.blogs ... at-st.html
