no, the first pic is a screenshot from battlefront, the 2nd pic is the cannon that came with legacy's rebel hoth trooper. and they seem to be the same thing, except one is mounted on some armoured tin can

I was disinclined to think that it was the same turret until I loaded my own game - Battlefront 1. Hard for those who haven't played it to recognise...

Here are several screenshots, which I shall not direct image all here because its rather big and also the files are in BMP format (so u see better but ur connection dies).

And am I surprised...it IS the same turret. I'm guessing if you were to pose your figures with it, they'd have to be lying on the ground due to the low height of the cannon/turret...unless you have the 'tin can' thingy.

Under a diff background such as Rhen Var - a planet similar to Hoth in terms of weather and colour - you can clearly pick up the turret rather than in the Kamino map.

the others, from diff views and angles of closeness...

i wonder if they will release the rebel/imp pack for battlefront .-.
