Clone Wars Turbo Tanks @$180 rolling into Metro stores progressively.
Likewise, Wedge Antilles' Red 2 X-wing @$100 landing on the shelves.
Also, The Clone Wars Remote Control R2-D2 @$60

And the 20% discount from Friday to Sunday makes the deal sweeter ;)

Anybody can advise if theres a chance that CTT may have clearance; drop even further than 144 in future?
Seems like this item is selling very well at the moment.. :?

yesterday Jabba had made a trip down to Metro Paragon... result was in disappointment. Theres nothing special at all over there. No new sw stuffs were found.

After that, Jabba went over Takashimaya, jus across Paragon. Lots of hasbro items jus arrived yesterday at Taka.

SW clone wars vehicle figures pack:
1) Anakin on Can-Cell
2) Clone Trooper with BARC Speeder
3) Crab Droid
4) Battle Droid & Episode I Mini Tank

Turbo Tank as well !!!

However... all items strictly on retail price... NO discount entitled! :(

based on past experience for bigger vehicles such as bmf and atte, typical price reduction after one year from launch is about 30-35% off the retail price (i.e. bmf from $340 to $220 and atte from $220 to $150)

currently, ctt (cloen turbo tank) retails at $180. With a 35% discount (one year later), price would fall to $117. however, with 20% discounts around festive seasons e.g. national day, xmas, ctt would retail at $144.

masteryoyo believes that big vehicles such as ctt, $144 is a reasonable and affordable price point (compare atat at $168 and imperial shuttle $120). Therefore, most sw collectors would grab the ctt at this price.

unless there are large inventories of ctt, it is unlikely that the price would drop to $117 because most of the ttc stock would already have been cleared at $144 soon or later.

of course, this is only one view. masteryoyo is always happy when toys become cheaper and certainly hopes so that this appiles to ctt as well :D :D :D Take a chance, if we must!!!

masteryoyo must learn to be patient too. based on historical data, prices almost certainly drop for most figures and vehicles over time (sometimes even to ridiculously low prices). US just reported significant price drops for battle packs such as TCW Jabba's Palace and TLC Jedi vs Sidious.

Patience, my fellow collectors!!!
