damn, u guys are faster than me in posting up a thread here!

My guess is the airborne trooper will be based on the evolutions sculpt (hopefully). Reason being, out of the 3 candidates (evo, cody, gunner) with removable helmets, only evo seems to qualify.



From the above low res pic, my observations are: Head does'nt have distinctive scars and cannot be cody's. Body is neither cody's which sports a badge nor gunner's which is unable to hold a kama. Legs are also not cody's (tho the pose is similar) due to the presence of ankle joints & not gunner's too due to the absence of ball-jointed hips. Finally the arms (definitely not cody's) have ball jointed elbows and ammo pack on left arm ruling out gunner's. Helmet, body strap, shoulder pad strap are all new & kama possibly retooled to remove pockets.

Evo's seems to qualify on all the above grounds with the exception of a possible ball-joint waist???

I was reading rebelscum.com forums and some fans suggest it may be an ATTE gunner...

So it's either these 2... or perhaps a new sculpt!

I just can't take it when ShockTroopers turn from red to purple?! In addition, these 2 ShockTroopers are S.A., and seem to wear some commander sash like Bacarra or ATTE Gunner, or perhaps a new sash?

I don't wish 4 figures in a battlepack, c'mon i want 5, just like the regular numbers in all current battlepacks!

Good news is, according to Curto of Rebelscum, there'll be 3 SA clones even tho only 2 are pictured making a total of 5 figures.

Anyway only time i remember Mace leading a squadron of clones in the EU is that of Commander Valiant's in Labyrinth of Evil. Perhaps this purple one may later be retconed to be him? Hmm...

The Airborne Trooper's belt looks removable to me.. and so i'm hoping he's going to be evolutions sculpt.

I'm delighted and wanna own this set... I don't mind owning a mace windo because I don't have him.

When is it release? please don't release during my "A" lvls... geez, i need somebody to lookout for me...

& I'm still trying to figure out what to do with Anakin from the Jedi Temple Assault pack.....

i hv a cabinet soley for my kid's toys.
so, he inherited watever leftovers fm me. i juz dumped them, the numerous anakin, flying insect and his chief, vaders and emperors into his cabinet.....and i always tell him ''see, daddy got u a new toy toy again'' much to my wife's dismay.

well, already hd an anakin holding a broken saber and a EPII clone
missing his head and weapons.

toys are meant to be played, in anycase, those are 'unwanted'
ones......

Hunter, too true, I got 2, 1 is Mechanic, any toys he got he dismantle and tried to put back and another Crash Dummie, any toys will last max 3 days destroyed permanently.

kids will always be kids..........

so long as he doesnt touch the more precious ones i displayed in the cabinet..............
