A Showcase of My Collections

This was done by my Public Affairs Office when I was still with People's Association.

It was placed on the Intranet for quite a while...:)

I didn't really recognise that life-sized figure in the first photo though....Was it a Sith or some sort ?

Here's a glimpse of my display. Nothing much, just good ol' vintage. :)

Mmmmm , very nice, kank ! The vintage figures had a charm of their own which the new figures just don't seem to be able to capture....

Nice collection ! :D

Kank_39, why is the A-Wing pilot in a case while the rest are not? Anything special?

I made the transition from 100% modern to 80% vintage (still couldn't rid myself of the kubrick and exclusive bug  ) about a year ago and i have to say that collecting vintage gives me much more satisfaction than chasing after waves after waves from Hasbro's factory. To me, it's the quality and not that quantity that counts. I'm sure the vintage collector would agree with me.

Anyway the A-wing pilot is in the case because the mold of the hand does not allow the figure to hold its blaster properly and the blaster is so damn puny. Therefore, i just simply case the figure with the blaster up to prevent it from getting lost. :)
