How's the plastic hilt when assembled? Is it very solid?

Thanks!

It's easy to handle and makes for good swinging.
And very light too!

Hi, not sure if its the angle issue when the photos are taken, the light emitted is uniform throughout the whole blade? Brightness comparable to other FX lightsabers?

In the dark it looks comparable to normal FX.

But the emitter is at the base of the blade only.

Dude, heard that the hilt is plastic, guess that helps with the weight issue during staged fights? But because the emitter's only at the base, the blade doesn't look as... shiok as compared to a regular FX, yea?

Have you fiddled or seen Yoda's shoto? Any comments? I'm kinda torn between his, vader's and Obi-wan's EPIII. :P

Obi-Wan and Luke ROTJ is the best sabers ever

The construction kit hilt base is metal.
Just the outer covering is plastic

sorry. I think this is the worst saber in the fx range. Fist of all they aint bright at all. Second of all the blade is 2 short. And some of the parts look like they have been painted by 4 year old. A disgrace to The MR brand i think. It's ok once it's been converted.

but you did get a pretty good price for it:) Hey if its cheep and it's star wars it's good :D
