I will get some pics up but have to register one of those online photo site first.
Iceman, I am not sure if the LE is the same quality with the FX Lgithsabers but if they are. The chrome won't last. On the FX I meant. Again, dunno bout the LE ones but I assumed for that price. They gotta be better!
I saw this ang mo sabersmith that does some EU. Pastor-something, I am thinking of writting him about Aayla's. I like blue skinned girls.

of course, the LE lightsaber is much quality than those FX. those FX will tarnish over the months. For the LE, u can just use a polish cloth and wipe off any impurities that form and it will be a good as new. That is why the price is so expensive.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but the truth is I don't exactly 'design' my custom sabers. I make them by gathering whatever I can find around me and arrange them together, much like how the original ILM prop makers came up with the OT sabers. If anyone wants any advise, that's what I'd suggest: Collect bits and pieces whenever/wherever you come across them, even things that you never thought would go on a lightsaber; do not discriminate or pre-judge, just keep them as long as its something that no one will need or miss. Keep them all safely in a box that won't be thrown out mistakenly, and start playing around with the parts whenever you have the time.al13ns wrote:hmm how bout askin Plo? He's an expert in custom saber, IMO.erase wrote:I need to find some custom saber for my EU suit. Any recommendation?
Pastor Jedi. You can find him both on the rebelscum forum and the RPF.StrikeEagle wrote:I saw this ang mo sabersmith that does some EU. Pastor-something, I am thinking of writting him about Aayla's. I like blue skinned girls.
He mostly makes sabers from existing designs, although he did make some 'hybrid' sabers. Haven't seen him make an original design 'custom' saber yet.

Woo, nice one there, Crix! Congrats on your new lightsaber!
I always like this one and I got mine a short while back but its fan made. I am hoping to grab a Gui Gon and Ep3 Obi somewhere down the road. MR prices still not agreeable with my wallet at this mo.
I missed my chance to get the homemade ROTJ Luke someone was selling in RPF for US$99.

Yeah $99 and even have the copper neck. Shucks! But you are right! Just today, I was told someone else is going to be offering that soon.
Anyway, pics of my TPM Obi.
Quality was far better than expected and the black anodized.
Anyone who have both the MR Gui Gon CE and LE can tell what's the diff in quality? I was told some fan made Gui Gon uses plastics??? Yikes! So, I may opt for MR.
