Don't really like Lego Star Wars as I felt they got the blocky feel. I like these instead. But really expensive and not available locally.

You might want to consider ebay for loose lego figures. Can be cheaper especially from Hong Kong.

I have a close friend who's working in HK who's locating the person who sells them.
I've already told him I want that R2D2 Lego Set that I recently saw in Geekologie. (link below)
