General Grievous, Necrosis & Qymaen jai Sheelal
General Grievous, Necrosis & Qymaen jai Sheelal
Guess what? There'll be two articles on GG cmg soon: one titled "Unknown Soldier: The Story of General Grievous" in SW Insider #86 & another "The Story of General Grievous II: Lord of War" in Hyperspace Fan Club (in approx one week's time!). Plus some jaw-dropping illustrations from Joe Corroney.
Great. Now GG's birth name would be identified as Qymaen jai Sheelal (pronounced Ky-Main High She-lall) in the Insider article & we'll learn who or what is N-K Necrosis?

Heh anyway it seems Qymaen(Grievous) has a girlfriend, one called Ronderu. Here's what Joe Corroney's got to say about this new image for the Insider #86 article: I suppose I intended it to be hair, more of a "mane" really with the top knot braid like a samurai warrior. Since I drew the artwork somewhat small I needed a readily identifiable visual cue to distinguish Ronderu as female and separate in gender from Qymaen. I suppose I could have played up her bossom but I pictured her sinewy, lean and muscular like a fighter. I also thought the hair or mane could have actually been part of the animal originally whose skull she is wearing as her mask.
