that would be #84. here's ani & padme in naboo from star wars: obsession. if the info's corect she would have been already 4 months pregnant here.

Whoever drew this comic strip must not have watched AOTC...Padme & Anakin look nothing like Natalie & Hayden...

In fact they look very much like characters in the X-Men comic...same artist perhaps?

the artist is brian ching and no he did not draw x-men. i agree the art is not exactly spot on, however it does give an asian feel to it & it's quite unique. actually i feel his art is one of the best from darkhorse. here are some nice ones

and why should they look like they did in AOTC, this is a transitional version of them as the story moves towards ROTS (approx 5 mths before)

Because it's the logical thing to do...you don't change characters' looks when therre're real actors who play them....even in the Clone Wars Animated Series the characters are still recognisable compared to the actors...

haha that would be difficult. anyway i'll let you know those pics are not scanned from my comics. it's taken from a polish web site containing snippets of all the clone wars comics released. a very good site but it's in polish though. check it out: http://starwars.pl/clonewars.php
