The death of Qui-Gon Jinn in Episode I
When Yoda lit his lightsaber in Episode II (but a different kind of chill)
Order 66 in Episode III
Death of Aunt Beru, Uncle Owen and Obi-Wan in Episode IV
When Boba Fett flew off with Han and Leia looked on at the departing Slave I in Episode V
When the ewok tried to wake his mother and found that she was dead in Episode VI
Warning - viewer discretion advised

That scene of that youngling's startled reaction was the single most powerful scene in the entire film , to me . Did you all notice that although he was startled , the youngling stood his ground ? I thought that was a powerful depiction of the courage of a Jedi , even one so young, even in the face of danger and death .

Kudos to Lucas, derided as he often is as a director, for depicting that scene and its impending tragedy in such a subtle but powerful manner .

Good chill : John Williams' glorious Throne Room theme right at the end of Star Wars EP IV: A New Hope :o

Bad Chill : Anakin sliding his lecherous fingers down Padme's bareback while telling her he hated tatooine because it was sandy and rough, unlike Padme's skin . >shudder<

The brave youngling standing there and jerked when anakin activate his lightsaber....

And the ...haha-with-a-bad-chill moment is... obiwan wan said the everyone-assume-he's-gay (J/K) sentence "You were my brother Anakin, I loved you!"
