Return of the Jedi was initally named as Revenge of the Jedi but as Jedis cannot seek revenge, the name was changed to Return.
Also, as most of the filming for ROTJ was done in USA, the whole film was codenamed "Blue Harvest" to prevent media from leaking the ending to the public.

1) IG88's head was made from the flame tube of a Rolls Royce Derwent jet engine? So was part of the canon on the Millennium Falcon, and the 'purcolator' behind the bar of the Cantina in ANH. Check it out here:

2) The entire Obi Wan ANH saber was made from existing parts?
a) The Pommel - Armitage Shanks Handwhlle
b) The 'gear' next to the pommel - Brwoning ANM2 Machine Gun Booster
c) The Activaton box - Graflex Flashgun Clamp
d) Blade length Switch - Texas Instrument Exactra 19/20 Calculator LED Filter
e) On/Off Buttons - Transistors
f) Ridged grip area - WW1 No. 3 Mk. 1 Rifle Grenade
g) Emitter - Rolls Royce Derwent Mk. 8/Mk. 9 jet Engine Balance Pipe

hmm...but if i dun remember wrongly, Jango was NOT a mandalorian by birth. He was raised along side with the mandalorians. Probably saved from some trouble when he was really young or something.adamteo wrote:Jango Fett was the last of the Mandalorians....his entire race gone.
He was apparently not caught in the slay of the mandalores when it happened. And it was the jedi that deemed this renegade tribe a 'treat' to the 'peace' and stability of the galaxy. Thus, the extermination.
So i should say that there were no more mandalorians left, technically.
But the armor he uses, is a mod up of the traditional mandalorian armor...
"In my books; Experience outranks everything"
yep, he was adopted and later became the leader of the mandalorians before they were all killed in the Jedi battle.mandalorianBleahhh wrote:hmm...but if i dun remember wrongly, Jango was NOT a mandalorian by birth.
