he marry her in the comic or in the noval?

But One thing is she a clone?

From the novels. Thrawn Trilogy. Mara Jade was Force-sensitive and thus, was recruited by the Emperor to be his Hand.

And what made you think she is a clone? O_o

I think I read it in the novel, but don't recall reading anywhere else that she is a clone.

May be I saw it in the comic...

It is she got progem. So I was thinking that she was a clone

yup luke did marry mara jade in the comic series, Union.
later on they had a son named Ben in the NJO novel series.

the 'program' u read about is not a program. it was an order/brainwashing of mara jade from the emperor. no matter how much she wanted to get it out of her head she couldnt until she killed luke's clone, Luuke.
