I really want the Alan Lee LOTR one, maybe the Harry Potter Calender and Diary but cheapskate in me refuse to pay for them at the original price.

Will just have to try out my luck next month......

I do not think this is call cheapskate.

Calendars are not "must have" items.

Calendars have a higher value (not the price) for me than it is for you so I am willing to pay for it. Different items, different value for different people.

Costumes have a higher value for you than it is for me, so I am a cheapskate when it comes to purchasing costumes.
