SW technology in Singapore Scientist

Just thought I share that I saw an article on Star Wars technology discussed in Singapore Science Centre's Singapore Scientist, current issue.

It is discuss the reality of such technology like the Death Star, light sabres, etc.

You might want to check it out.

Whoever wrote the article on lightsaber technology certainly haven't done much research into it. Any research done, seem to have come from one or 2 sources, like the one below:

The writer certainly have not engaged in lenghty debate and technical discussions on the subject...

Man what I would give to be able to publish a counter-article to that one and outline some of the theories and plausible explaination on how a lightsaber blade IS possible; maybe not with current technology, but one day...
