Guess who Dranoel met when he went to the Disney-MGM Studios in Orlando (USA) during the Star Wars Weekends?

.... just lucky to be in the right place at the right time :)

Those planning a trip to USA next year could probably head for Star Wars Weekends in Orlando, and then to LA for Celebration IV. 2-in-1 trip :D

Sorry, each person was only allowed to have one item autographed. Unfortunately, I did not manage to get Warwick Davis' autograph also :(

yes, that's the good part... that you don't need to pay the celebrities for the autograph :D

Basically they set up 3 separate queues when the theme park opened, one for each celebrity, . Those who queue successfully will receive a ticket indicating the time slot for the autograph session. Once the limited number of tickets were all given out... that's it :(

By the way, another interesting observation related to the topic of signing autographs... was that many kids were approaching the costumed characters for autographs too :!: And the kids were extremely delighted when they got their autograph books initialed by "Mace Windu", "Kit Fisto", "Luke Skywalker"... etc. Wonder if the costumers on this side of the world ever had similar encounters of kids asking for their autographs?

That's quite typically a Disney-style thing... when I went to Euro-Disney, you buy an autograph book from one of the stores in the park, and ask the Disney characters who were walking around the theme park for their autographs... and they would sign their names as "Mickey", or "Minnie", or "Genie", or "Snow White", and "Pluto" will even stay true to his character and draw a paw-print instead :)
